Spend your money somewhere else! Order not received and chasing refund
Ordered in store 13th July and received email to advise order dispatched and should be available 18th July. Item still not delivered to store and they won't process my refund unless I go in - I'm about to go on holiday so can't get there. No customer service telephone number on their website and tells you to make contact via live chat - here there is a note to say the live chat service is being updated between 11-15th July so not available (only the automated service). It's now 20th July - wish I hadn't bothered - there are many reviews on here sharing similar experience. In store experience was fab - shame that's not followed through after they take your money!

Poor Customer Service
According to tracking 2 pairs of shoes were attempted to be delivered when we were not at home. No card left, nothing on tracking how to re arrange, chat useless, no contact via phone, local shop unable to assist. Emailed customer service and received automated response saying it would minimum 7days until I received a response. No idea when or how I'm going to get these shoes delivered as no information who to contact or what to do.

Excellent service from Sarah at Clarks…
Excellent service from Sarah at Clarks Rochdale. I rang the store as I couldn't use my gift voucher online and Sarah put the sandals behind the counter for my daughter to collect and pay for the next day. The sandals are for my daughter's Graduation on Thursday and match my dress perfectly - thank you!

I brought some starter shoes for my granddaughter. She is not yet walking! The lady who served us was lovely and knowledgeable about her product! Personally I wore clarks shoes as a kid and they have a staid and old-school persona! Needs a revamp overhaul. I like the styles though!

Clarks.... where are you and where is my refund?
Order# 671376708 just in case Clarks see this review.
I can't believe I am writing this negative review about such an old and formerly respected company. My family have used them for years, but it seems their reputation is in freefall and customer service responce non existent.
I returned a pair boots on line and received an email (1st July) confirming receipt at the warehouse and promise of full refund within 10/14 days from date of the email.
19 days later I still have not received a refund to my account. There is no telephone number to contact Clarks, just a contact form link that came with the email. After using this all I have received is an automated reply stating there could be upto a 10 day delay for any responce from Clarks CS dept!! This is completely unacceptable. If we add up the past and ongoing delays together with potential delays processing the refund, I will be waiting 6 weeks for a refund that could and should have been actioned immediately upon receipt of the returned item!!
Are Clarks going under, should I get in touch with my bank to start a charge back? There is no point of direct contact with this company.

Went into Clarks shop in Carmarthen in search of sandals in the sale but I was too late for sale bargains so Catherine directed me to some that although they weren't in the sale the price and fit were perfect. Lovely staff and excellent customer service

Pathetic customer service for online orders.. no where to call.
*****Still not received any email from Clarks as mentioned in the reply.
This is exactly my point. Very poor customer service..*****
“Ordered women shoes online and paid £6.95 extra for next day delivery. DPD driver couldn’t come to deliver due to lack of time even though he was in the building. and updates his status as we have missed even though I was at home whole day.
So Clark’s need to fulfil the order as promised.
There is no I way you can talk to Clark’s customer service and online chat is all automated. You can’t talk to anyone as it’s online order.

Very poor service if something goes wrong.

First time shopping from Clarks
First time ordering and buying from Clarks shoes. I started a new role in the NHS and decided to treat myself and buy proper comfy shoes. I purchased online and collected from store. They seemed a little tight. So I returned them for a bigger size. I recieved an email today stating that the order has been cancelled as I did not return the item. What an absolute mess. I've got my returns slip from the post office and I've just tracked the item. Its in transit. What are Clarks customer services trying to achieve with this cheap tactic. I'm absolutely gutted and annoyed. Never again Clarks never again. (At least with Primark you know where you stand lol)

Customer Service
Visited our local store, unable to purchase due to limited stock. Ordered online. Delivery never arrived. Any helpful tracking information is non-existent, as is any form of customer service. Clark’s do not accept telephone calls, nor do they respond to emails and social media message.

UPDATE: Following Clark’s response to this review, Grace at the Customer Service Team did respond to my messages and was very helpful. She investigated and initiated a refund for the missing items.

Have to wait 7 - 10 days for an email response !!!!
Purchased a pair of shoes from Clarks Outlet and 3 days later still processing. After eventually finding a contact me section, I asked when my shoes were delivered and why the order still stated processing. Received auotmatic response back "emails are taking longer than normal, we aim to get back to you in 7-10 days" Really 7-10 days, Okay do not expect an immediate response and maybe a time scale of 48 hours to responde, but 7-10 days, you are having a right laugh. Love Clarks shoes, but will not be shopping with them again if this is the length of time you to wait for a response

I ordered some girl sandals online to…
I ordered some girl sandals online to be collected from a store,they were due to be delivered on 06/07/22.I received confirmation from the warehouse to say they had been despatched but havent heard anything since.Ive tried contacting Clarks customer service but they are not taking telephone calls,ive also sent email,facebook,instagram messages but still in response.Not sure what else I can do to try contacting them.If your thinking about ordering anything I wouldn't,they take your money and do not provide the goods.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!
Only gave one star as no option to award zero. Do not order from this company online. My shoes didn’t fit so returned for a refund. Almost a MONTH later, no acknowledgement from Clark’s and IMPOSSIBLE to contact. Emails ignored after automated reply, Twitter unresponsive and customer care dept appears non existent.

Middlebrook you never disappoint
Had a lovely experience in the Middlebrook store this evening. Zoe went out of her way to find me the shoes I was looking for, suggesting styles, and even managed to get me a pair that I wasn’t looking for, but obviously needed ? couldn’t leave them there, they are so comfy and pretty, with real rhinestones no less. The stores air con was an added bonus on this very hot day.

Outstanding
We visited the store in the Trafford Centre Manchester. Having visited many shoe shops with incredibly poor service and rude staff it was an absolute pleasure after a tiring day shopping to have been served by Jennifer in the Clarks store. Her attention to detail and the customer experience was second to none. 10 stars if I could!
